Looking around?

This is for those who do believe in God. Do you look around you and see God's hand in everything? From the way a flower is formed, to the way a baby is created in the womb, to your very fingertips? How does it make you feel? I feel alive, and in awe, just looking around. I look out at the garden from any of the windows and feel at peace. I also thank God I'm alive to enjoy another day, and to enjoy my children. What are your thoughts?

Looking around?
Yes i love to look around outside and i enjoy playing with children. I look around and i see miracles everywhere just the way we came to this life is a miracle. subhanallah.
Reply:The Christian Bible also concurs with this thought and further states that it is the height of arrogance to not see.





Romans 1:20 For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
Reply:There are signs for those who pay attention that God is the Creator. From the sky above and the stars that shine, there is evidence all around us. It is truly miraculous that we are on this blue marble floating in space. Every moment is a gift and should not be wasted. God is great in the beginning, in the middle, and in the end.
Reply:I do, but equally I see war, starvation, terrorism, disaster and wonder where his graceful hand is there and then.





How does it make me feel? I guess I am too small to comprehend why a all loving good allows so much sorrow and pain to exist.
Reply:I see God's hand every time I look at my daughters, when she slips her little hand in mine, that hand that looks just like mine. It astounds me! (perhaps it would be helpful to know that I'm adopted so I've never had anyone in my life that looked just like me)

God's world is truly amazing but the people in it nowadays are bad

Reply:To me the beauty God has created is being overshadowed by the ugliness people do. I used to see beauty like you talk about. But not so much anymore. I see the hate, greed, others lack of care when it comes to anything important. I see too much of the destruction, and I am almost constantly filled with despair anymore. When you read some of the nasty comments you are going to get for your innocent and peaceful question, some of that is what I mean. The beauty is being destroyed by the ugly. Too many people are thoughtless and ugly. And apparently, the like wallowing in it. See how harsh what I just said is? I am being sucked of life by all the hate. I am happy for you that you haven't been smashed down. Stay happy and alive.
