Help! My daughter is getting married and pregnat and planning a big wedding. What should I keep in mind?

She calls me daily. She lives in Alanta, having the wedding in Hawaii. She outgrew her wedding dress and hopefully the new one will arive in time. She wants me to do the flowers, the day before the wedding, big wedding with Luau. She changes her mind daily. She also works part time, goes to nursing school and will graduate two weeks before having her baby. She will be moving to Idaho and can't decide if she should go before the baby is born or after or how many weeks to wait with a new baby. This is very stressful for Dad and I. We are going to the wedding but are on a tight budget as she was going to get married next December. She has been with her mate for seven years and we do very much like him. His parents will be at the wedding and all his relatives and they don't speak english and we don't speak Japanise. We will meet them for the first time the night before at the dinner, in two weeks. They are very formal and we are hippies. We have formal Aloha wear, which is what she wants.

Oh my god - do you and your daughter have alot of your plates. Remember, weddings and babies are supposed to be the greatest days of your lives. Try to relax and enjoy everything. Enjoy being in Hawaii and looking forward to being a grandmother. Don 't worry about not speaking Japanese - my brother recently got married in Poland and my whole family went. We don't speak Polish and her family didn't speak English, yet everyone had a great time - ate, danced, just enjoyed the day. I wish you and your daughter all the joy in the world. REMEMBER, RELAX AND ENJOY THINGS -DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF.
