okay, so for easter my bf set this thing up with my parents to come over to my house with a bunch of roses and bunny ears on and surprize me for easter. i loved it! it was sooo adorable. i ran into him rushing around the corner to go to dinner and he held the flowers out and looking down said "happy easter baby" my heart melted. we hugged and i had the feeling that nothing could ever go wrong again. his birthday is coming up on april 18th and i want to do something that will be equally meaningfull to him. any ideas? my parents are willing to help out with whatever it is and his parents are very corroptive also. He will be turning 14 and i'm already 14. thanks for any good ideas. =) i want to make this his best birthday ever!

Make this about what he wants and not about what you want to do for him. Guys are not like girls. We don't go for the big display as in flowers and parades with marching bands. What we do like is reinforcement that you like how we make you feel. That what we do for you is special and appreciated tremendously. We love to hear things like that you like us just the way we are and that you would never try to change us. Oh! That is music to a guys ears. And trust. That you trust your guy to fix whatever needs fixing and that you won't try to help with suggestions or point out the obvious errors is what we most want to hear.
Take him anywhere where you can have a little time together to smile at him and tell him he's the best thing ever and it's will be all he can stand without exploding from happiness. Oh ! and dress pretty, wear your hair up, we like that. :-)
